Dr. James Malenkos is a board-certified Family Medicine physician practicing in Indianapolis, Indiana since 2012. Born and raised in Carmel, Indiana, he is dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate care to individuals and families across all stages of life. Dr. Sommer Rentmeesters graduated from the Indiana University School of Medicine and is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. She has been providing compassionate care to adults and children in the Indianapolis area since 2010. Born and raised in Beech Grove, Indiana, she values building lasting relationships with her patients and their families while delivering personalized, comprehensive care. Outside of work, Dr. Rentmeesters enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, gardening, and caring for her bees and chickens. Samir Ginde MD
Dr. Samir Ginde is a dedicated Family Medicine physician based in Indianapolis, Indiana. With over 15 years of experience, he specializes in inpatient care, focusing exclusively on treating patients in a hospital setting. Although not seeing patients in the office setting, he continues to help run the practice. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. His interests include tennis, skiing, and any local outing events with his friends and family.

We would like to share that Joseph Aeschliman MD will be leaving our practice.
